Connecting Events are really special events within Airbus. They are an opportunity to get to know each other and share ideas in a much more ‘bottom-up’ and collaborative way, although they can also be an opportunity to share the company’s vision and strategy. During these seminars, I support change and facilitate collective intelligence in large groups!
